FOR ERG LEADS, WELLNESS COORDINATORS & HR DIRECTORS
Wellness programming that actually fits the people carrying the mission.
Most workplace wellness content is written for a general office, not for teams managing federal deadlines, high-stakes accountability, and the specific pressure of mission-driven work. This is different.
The Problem
Your team doesn’t need another meditation app reminder or a step count challenge. The women carrying the most in federal, defense, government contracting, and mission-driven organizations are managing chronic stress, invisible mental load, and burnout that shows up as exhaustion no amount of PTO seems to fix.
Generic wellness programming treats stress like a personal discipline problem. It isn’t. It’s a physiological response to sustained high-stakes responsibility, and it needs to be addressed as one.
Who This Is For
ERG leads looking for programming that resonates with the specific realities of Black women and women of color balancing career, caregiving, and community responsibility
Wellness coordinators building out a benefits calendar that needs to feel relevant, not generic
HR and DEI directors at federal contractors and mission-driven nonprofits sourcing credible, non-clinical wellness education for their teams
Any team where “we’re all just really busy” has quietly become the culture
Who This Is Different
I spent 18 years inside federal acquisition and government leadership before becoming an ACE-certified health coach. I’m not teaching wellness from the outside looking in, I’ve sat in the meetings, carried the deadlines, and felt what chronic high-stakes responsibility does to a body over time. Every session is built from lived experience and grounded in real research on stress physiology, nervous system regulation, and hormonal health, translated into language your team can actually use.

FAQs
Is this therapy or clinical mental health support?
1
No. These are educational wellness workshops grounded in stress physiology and behavior science. They’re not a substitute for mental health treatment or medical care, and we’ll always point your team toward the right professional support when a topic calls for it.
Can sessions be customized for our ERG’s specific focus?
2
Yes, the topics above are a starting menu, not a fixed list. The scope call is where we tailor content to your team.
Do you work with teams outside the DMV?
3
Yes. In-person sessions are based in the DC metro area; virtual sessions are available nationally.
How do we get pricing?
4
Pricing depends on session length, format, and group size, reach out and we’ll scope it together on the call.
