MY STORY

My journey into wellness coaching began with a simple belief: that wellness should be designed around real life, not the other way around. Over the years, I saw how often women were told to simply ‘try harder’ or ‘do more’, without anyone offering them a system that actually fits their world.”

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Outside of coaching, I live the work I teach, movement, recovery, connection, and enjoyment without guilt. Wellness, for me, is about building a life that feels supportive and sustainable, not perfect.
