The Wellness Shift Co. LLC is a wellness coaching and educational business and is not a medical provider or a HIPAA-covered entity. While we are not subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), we voluntarily apply privacy and data-protection practices aligned with HIPAA principles where reasonably appropriate.

Coaching services are not medical services, and information shared is not protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA.

However, no electronic or online system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

5. Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • You will use secure devices and internet connections

  • Electronic communication (email, messaging, video platforms) carries inherent privacy risks

6. Access, Updates & Requests

You may request to:

  • Review your personal information

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of information where legally permissible
